To set a medley, mark the respective lines of the lyrics. Right-click and choose “Set Medley To Selection”. Save changes afterwards. The medley is highlighted with a white background.

To set a preview, mark a line. Right-click and choose “Start Preview At Selection”. Preview is used for playback (press space key). The preview is shown with an arrow icon in the lyrics.
