The following metadata can be modified:
- Title
- Artist
- Edition (compilation): free text, can be predefined in the preferences
- Genre: predefined according to ID3 v2.3.0
- Language: predefined according to ISO 639-1
- Album
- Year
- Length
- ID
Common choices are shown first; you can define what you believe is common in the preferences.
You can select multiple songs to mass-change their metadata.
To set metadata, either:
- Edit menu
- Right-click song to open context menu
- Drag and drop song to corresponding group filter
- Keyboard shortcuts F2, F4, and F6 (artist, title, year)
Save all changes when you’re done.
